Data We Collect

When you sign in via Steam OpenID, we receive your Steam ID, display name, and avatar URL. We do not receive your Steam password or email address.

When you upload a build, we store the build file, your author name, and any description or tags you provide.

We log standard web server data: IP address, browser user-agent, and page requests for analytics and rate limiting.

How We Use Your Data

Your Steam display name and avatar are shown on your public builder profile and build listings.

Build data is publicly displayed on the browse and detail pages.

Server logs are used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and aggregated analytics.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Build content you upload is publicly displayed on the site.

Some outbound links on upgrade recommendations may use affiliate identifiers. These are disclosed via a notice on the advisor page.

Cookies

We use a session cookie (HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax) to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

Data Retention

Account data is retained until you request deletion. Build data persists until you delete it or your account is removed.

Server logs are retained for 30 days.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Builds authored by you will be anonymised or removed.
