You retain ownership of build files you upload. By uploading, you grant exiles.build a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and share your builds on the platform.

You represent that your builds do not infringe on any third-party rights.

We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

exiles.build and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Build recommendations are informational and not guaranteed to be accurate.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.
